Our staff aim to provide convenient, confidential and comprehensive medical care to students and staff of the University. Female and male doctors, nursing staff, as well as health promotion officers, are available for consultation.

At the Medical Centre appointments are preferred. However, we will endeavour to accommodate medical emergencies.

If you require a longer consultation, most appointments are 10 to 15 minutes, please request it at the time of booking.  

If you are a new patient to the University Medical Centre, we would greatly appreciate it if you could download, print and complete the New Patient Registration form before arriving for your appointment.

Our opening hours are:

During the semester:

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Saturday and Sunday Closed

University holiday periods:

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Saturday and Sunday Closed

The UWA Medical Centre is closed for approximately two weeks during the Christmas and New Year period.
